Mahendra brings over 23 years of experience in digital business strategy, consulting and product management. He loves building and purposing teams for creating successful digital platforms, apps and portals. He has vast knowledge in translating business goals to a digital execution roadmap and enjoys helping project sponsors arrive at a practical go-to-market approach. Prior to Neobric, Mahendra helped set up captive centers in India for IT and ITES enterprises like ADP, Acuma, St. Croix Systems and Ixia.
Whether sourcing talent for the company, or managing its corporate affairs, Janardhan brings about 18 years of HR Training and Operational setup experience. Prior to Neobric, Janardhan set up the highly acknowledged Unique Identity Processing Centers for AADHAAR across 11 states in the country, with the help of about 800 strong workforce. He comes with a hands-on leadership style and a talent for building cohesive teams. As Executive Director he also handles all the financial, legal and compliance functions for Neobric.
